Paul Williamson

Paul is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with postgraduate qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, & Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy. He is HCPC registered & holds Gold Accreditation with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports & Exercise Medicine.​

A former Great Britain international athlete for over 11 years, Paul was five-time British Champion & earned more than 30 international caps, competing at the European Championships, Commonwealth Games, World University Games, & winning Bronze at the European Club Cup.

With over 20 years clinical experience including leadership roles across orthopaedics, musculoskeletal & sports medicine, Paul has worked in private practice, hospitals, & elite performance environments. His roles include Physiotherapist to Great Britain Basketball, Lead Physiotherapist at the National Football Centre, & consultant to the English Premiership Football Referees. He currently works with professional footballers, Olympic athletes, & international sporting organisations.

Paul is an Independent Prescriber & Injection Therapist, he has completed extensive postgraduate training, including diagnostic ultrasound, guided injections, medical acupuncture, & over 60 specialist courses. He is currently completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Musculo-Skeletal Ultrasound at Keele University.
Paul has previously served as an honorary clinical teaching fellow at Keele University, & has presented at national & international medical conferences. ​Paul brings elite-level rehabilitation principles to the “everyday champion,” using innovative, performance-driven approaches to accelerate recovery and deliver results usually reserved for professional sport.​

Jodie Williamson

Jodie competed for Great Britain & England in the Triple Jump, was British U23 Champion, British Universities Champion & English Schools Champion. She also completed the London Marathon in 2008.
Working in private healthcare for over 20 years Jodie primarily focused on the clinical aspect of health screening, cardiology and exercise physiology.

Jodie developed, managed & led the successful League Managers screening program & implemented the development of BUPA Health Clinic at St. George’s Park National Football Centre. During this time Jodie has assessed the men’s and women’s England Football Teams, the English Premiership Football Referees, the Football League Managers as well as the corporate elite, celebrities & the general public.

Graduating from Staffordshire University in 1999, Jodie holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology & Health Promotion. She has gained additional qualifications in clinical exercise physiology, phlebotomy, cardiology, motivational interviewing, counseling & Swedish massage.

Currently Jodie runs the private physiotherapy practice & works as a consultant clinical exercise physiologist for Wellness Academy.
