I recently had an excellent experience with Paul for a knee injection using Sinogel under ultrasound guidance. Paul’s facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. Paul was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The use of ultrasound guidance provided great accuracy and confidence in the procedure, and the injection itself was quick and relatively painless.
Having tried other hyaluronic acid (HA) injections in the past for a persistent meniscus issue, I found Sinogel to be particularly effective. The results for me were noticeably better in terms of both pain relief and the duration of its effectiveness. I had been struggling with Achilles tendon pain for over five years before seeing Paul. In consultation he provided a clear diagnosis and explained the treatment options available to me in detail. I underwent a high-volume injection, and on the day of the procedure, Paul made sure I fully understood what would happen and was very calm and reassuring throughout.

I was suffering from soreness and reduced mobility from a Baker's Cyst at the back of my knee that prevented me from getting back to everyday activities. I went to see Paul at Regen-X, who recommended an aspiration of the cyst followed by a steroid injection to further aid the recovery.
The process itself was painless, and I was astonished at just how much fluid Paul managed to drain from the area. Paul was extremely thorough during the procedure, taking time to show me the ultrasound images highlighting where the fluid was and how he intended to relieve as much as possible.
